Morning: Visit the sacred Temple of the Sacred Tooth Relic, Sri Lanka’s most important Buddhist shrine. Next, head to Gampola to climb the striking Ambuluwawa Tower for 360-degree mountain views.
Afternoon: Drive deeper into the tea country. Stop for photos at Ramboda Falls and tour a working tea factory & plantation to see how Ceylon tea is processed.
Evening: Wind down the mountain roads into the laid-back town of Ella.

Morning: Walk out to the iconic colonial-era Nine Arches Bridge to catch a train passing, then complete a scenic, relatively easy hike up Little Adam’s Peak.
Afternoon: Descend from the hills, pausing at the roadside Ravana Falls for photos. Continue driving south to the dry zone of Yala.
Late Afternoon: Board a private 4×4 jeep for an evening safari in Yala National Park, tracking leopards, wild elephants, and sloth bears.
